I'm retired off. mgr. Worked in banking & retired from Petro Geologist Off. I'm married (36 yrs) to DH, who is retired Navy C O. We have 1 son each between us (2nd marriage for both) with each having 2 sons (our wonderful grandsons). I love to read, sewing, cross stitch & design floral swags. We help @ our Church as much as possible, which we love to do. We now travel as much as we can for sight seeing & to visit family & friends all over the tates. I so enjoy Machine Emb. & have a Baby Lock Ellageo 3, a Pfaff sewing machine & two Baby Lock ergers. One is really old & one is new. I belong to our Church's Sewing Guild, which I'm a co-leader. We sew cozy quilts for disadvantage children at different groups, schools & etc. in our area. It is a group of approx. 9 ladies & we have made over 300 quilts in the last 2 1/2 yrs. We also are learning how to make quilts for ourselfs, as we only sew 6 1/2 sq. together for our cozy quilts.
