Wow time is flying by.  One day its summer and hot.  The next it is Halloween and now we are getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Where/how does time fly so quickly by? Someone once told me that the older we get the faster time seems to fly by.  The explanation was to consider a pie circle. The entire pie is your age in years.  So if you are six you have six big slices.  Each slice represents one year.  If you are 60 well.....then you have sixty slices.  Each slice is tiny.  Your year is a very small slice.  That is why the older we get the faster a year flies by.  Make sense?  Well it does to me and the years are going by quickly.

I've just added a new set of Christmas Slip Overs to http://www.sapphirestitches.com  . I call them Slip Overs because they slip over a finger, pencil or sucker.  These are cute designs and priced quite reasonably.  A finger puppet to me is the one with two holes to slip your fingers through to mimick legs.  I have done oodles of them and they will always be known as "finger puppets" to me.  Slip Overs is a generic term to refer to something that slips over an object.  I do hope you all will check out the newest group added to the Sapphire Stitches Website called "Slip Overs".  There are Halloween ones and the Thanksgiving ones will be added shortly.  These stitch quickly and easly and are such fun to do.  Please stop by and check them out.
